I’ve recently used Coulters for both conveyancing and estate agent work in order to sell a property and purchase a new home. I’ve found them to be excellent. From the first meeting they’ve guided us through the process, given us realistic and profitable advice regarding sale of our existing home, marketed and arranged its sale for well over the asking price, and subsequently conducted conveyancing that has enabled us to buy a wonderful new family home. Property buying can be fraught with uncertainty but it fell like Coulters were robustly representing us at all times and most importantly I was always able to fully trust the advice they provided.
