Valuer visit

One of our experienced valuers will visit you and begin to understand your property and unique selling circumstances. We’ll then provide a valuation and our marketing recommendations.

Marketing preparation

If you’re happy with the valuation and tailored marketing package, we’ll arrange the home report and preparation of other marketing materials.

Approve assets

Once we receive the assets from our trusted photographers and providers we’ll send them to you for your review and approval. You'll get the final say on all of the marketing material.

Launch listing

When you give us the green light, we’ll launch your property to go live on the market. The board will go up and we’ll begin to showcase your property on our website and the numerous portals we list on.
