Peter provided excellent service from beginning to end, using his expert local knowledge and network to find pre-market properties, visiting properties for us, providing excellent summaries, information, video and photo updates, and arranging for us to visit several properties during a short visit to Edinburgh. Peter negotiated our purchase and worked closely with our solicitor, facilitating a smooth completion. Peter worked with the sellers to agree and execute roof repairs prior to completion and went well beyond his remit, keeping an eye on our new home in the gap between completion of our purchase and our arrival in Edinburgh – even troubleshooting the kitchen Aga so that it was ready for us on arrival!
