Our local experts are based out of our Edinburgh, Portobello and North Berwick offices and will tailor your valuation to your local property market.
One of our local valuers will provide you with honest, tailored advice and recommendations on how you can prepare your property for the market and maximise value when selling your home.
Following the visit, the valuer will carry out any additional research needed on your property and area to ensure we can provide you with an accurate valuation. They will email you with the property valuation and a tailored marketing plan for your property.
If you’re happy with our recommendations, we’ll arrange the photography and preparation of the Home Report. We aim to have your property on the market within a week but can tailor our timeframe if you need more time.
