Communication was excellent

We couldn’t recommend Coulters highly enough. They were excellent with both the purchase of our new home and sale of our existing property. The communication and constant dialogue provided throughout, both via direct communication and through their sales portal was excellent and made a stressful process as straightforward as possible.

We had an offer accepted on our new home prior to marketing our existing property and so were also in a bit of a race against time to get on the market and sell for a suitable price. The guidance given in regards to the marketing strategy etc. was fantastic and ultimately got us the result we were looking for.
