Rosie joined Coulters in 2023 as a Senior Advisor, having previously worked in other Solicitor Firms and Estate Agents. She has a total of 5 years experience in the Edinburgh Sales and Purchase Industry, where she has worked in a variety of areas, including pre-sale valuations, marketing, and estate agency. Rosie has a very client-focused approach, where her knowledge of market trends and strong negotiation skills enable her to achieve the best result for every Coulters client. She understands the importance of acknowledging that every individual’s circumstance is unique, and she tailors her approach accordingly. In her spare time, Rosie can be found out for a run, or walking her dog Finn.
