Joan joined Coulters in 2025 having recently worked with Simpson & Marwick as a Senior Property Agent. She has worked across the property sector since 2014 and brings a wealth of experience within the Edinburgh and Lothians property market. During this time she has worked for some well-known property firms along with past experience in interior design, she has gained invaluable expertise and knowledge of the valuation process, bespoke marketing approach and effective sales negotiation. Joan is a great communicator with a professional attitude and client-centred focus enabling her to deliver a high standard of service to all her clients. In her free time, Joan enjoys open water swimming, running and spending time with her two active children!
