Costs and Fees
Outlined below are the costs and fees involved to use our property finding service:
Registration Fee
An initial registration fee of £1,000 plus vat to retain our services. The registration fee is non-refundable, but is fully deductible from our success fee.
Success Fee
A success fee of 1.5% plus vat of the purchase price (with a minimum fee of £8,000 plus vat, whichever is the higher) due upon conclusion of missives.
