A Strong Start for Our East Lothian Property Hub

It’s been a few months since we opened the doors to our new office at 118–120 High Street in North Berwick, and we’re pleased to share that the move has already made a noticeable impact. The larger space and more prominent position on the High Street have not only improved visibility for our clients’ properties but also helped us feel even more rooted in the local community.

Since opening, we’ve welcomed a steady stream of visitors, from clients dropping in for updates, to passers-by seeking advice, or simply wanting to take a closer look at what’s on the market. The increased presence has naturally led to greater exposure for our listings, and we’re already seeing more interest being generated from having a more visible window space on one of East Lothian’s busiest streets. Over the past year, we’ve trebled our sales and listings in the area and expanded our team significantly to meet growing demand, and we foresee this momentum continuing into 2025.

The new office has also brought the whole team together under one roof, making collaboration easier and helping us provide an even more consistent service for clients. Our team was delighted to mark the opening with a relaxed cheese and wine event at the end of February, which brought together clients, local businesses, friends, and colleagues. It was a great way to celebrate what has been a period of real growth for our East Lothian team.

Area Director Sophie Duns, who leads the team, reflects on the move:

“We’ve always prided ourselves on providing a highly personal service, and this new space gives us the environment and visibility to do that even better. We’re already seeing the difference it’s making, both in terms of client engagement and the early momentum it’s bringing to our listings.”

Our growing presence in North Berwick reflects not only our commitment to the local property market but also our continued investment in the wider East Lothian community. We’re delighted to once again be supporting Fringe by the Sea as Community Partners—now in our fourth consecutive year. This year, we’re particularly excited to be sponsoring George Clarke in Conversation, where the architect and presenter will explore the power of thoughtful design and the inspiration behind Amazing Spaces. It’s events like these that highlight why we’re proud to call East Lothian home and continue to play an active role in the community beyond the property market.

Whether you’re exploring your next move or simply curious about what’s happening in the local market, you’re always welcome to pop in for a cuppa, we’d be delighted to see you.
