The ESPC Board Announces a New Non-Executive Director

Coulters Property is delighted to announce that our Head of Estate Agency, Louisa Raistrick, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the board of ESPC, marking a first in the organisation’s history and a proud milestone for Coulters.

Louisa’s appointment, which is subject to ratification at the ESPC Annual General Meeting in November, will officially commence on 1st January 2026. She will be the first estate agent to sit on the ESPC board, a significant and groundbreaking step that brings the voice and expertise of estate agency directly into the leadership of one of Scotland’s most trusted property networks.

With over 20 years of experience in residential property across Edinburgh and the Lothians, Louisa is widely respected for her deep understanding of property valuation, marketing, purchase negotiation and estate agency technology. Her appointment reflects her strategic insight, professionalism, and commitment to raising standards across the industry.

Louisa’s presence on the ESPC board will help strengthen collaboration between the solicitor and estate agency sides of the business, ensuring that the organisation continues to represent the full breadth of its membership and the evolving needs of clients across the region.

Mike is the Chairman of Coulters, a role in which he manages the business. Alongside this, Mike owns a Property Management Business and provides commercial estate consultancy services. Prior to joining Coulters, Mike was one of Scotland's leading commercial real estate lawyers for 30 years, as well as an equity partner in an international law firm. Outside of work, Mike is a big family man, and also enjoys all things football, golf and cars. He is kept busy by his 3 year old black Labrador, Coco.
